Pumpkin Yogurt Bread

Directions
Ingredients (makes 1 loaf):

1 ¾ cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt
-
2 tsp cinnamon
-
½ tsp nutmeg
-
½ tsp ginger
-
1 cup pumpkin purée
-
½ cup plain raw plain sheep or cow yogurt

2 of our pasture-raised eggs
-
½ cup honey or maple syrup
-
¼ cup melted raw cow or sheep butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

In another bowl, mix pumpkin, yogurt, eggs, honey/maple, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.

Pour into loaf pan and bake 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing (if you can wait that long!).
