Pumpkin Yogurt Bread
There’s nothing like the smell of warm pumpkin bread in the oven when the weather turns crisp. This version uses our rich farm yogurt to keep it moist and tender, along with fresh pasture-raised eggs. It’s lightly spiced, wholesome, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or tucked into a lunchbox.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin, yogurt, eggs, honey/maple, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.

  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let cool before slicing (if you can wait that long!).
